The report mainly introduces three aspects: steel structure green building and urbanization construction, Zhongtong steel structure green building technology introduction, Zhongtong steel structure integration innovation and practice in urbanization construction.

 

Zhongtong Steel Structure Green Integrated House 1.0 adopts a cold-formed thin-walled steel skeleton system, which combines the stress system and the enclosure system of the building into one, making full use of material properties. The inner and outer wall panels are sprayed with polystyrene granule modified gypsum pulp, which avoids the hollow wall of the traditional cold-formed thin-walled steel system, the problem of inconvenient hanging of heavy objects, the ease of cracking of the inner precast gypsum board, etc., gypsum board and The light steel keel has poor adhesion and reduces the bearing capacity of the keel. Experts and scholars attending the conference discussed the technology of prefabricated shotcrete self-insulating walls in the 1.0 version of Green Integrated Housing. This technology has been unanimously recognized by experts. At present, Zhongtong Steel is fully developing the 2.0 version of Green Integrated Housing for multi-tall buildings.
