Groundbreaking ceremony for the completion of the Jima Industrial Park in Ethiopia

On December 8, 2018, Ethiopian Prime Minister Abi Ahmed, Djibouti President Guelleh and Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir attended the groundbreaking ceremony of the Ethiopian Jima Industrial Park under construction by us. Abi expressed his appreciation and gratitude to the contractor.

Jima Industrial Park is located in the state of Olomia, Ethiopia. It covers an area of 300 hectares.  Our company is responsible for the supply, transportation and installation of its 25,000 square meter steel structure plant. After the operation, it will create 12,000 jobs for Ethiopia and earn foreign exchange of 200 million U.S. dollars per year.

At the ceremony, Ethiopian Prime Minister Abi pointed out that the Jima Industrial Park will help the industrialization of western Ethiopia, further promote the realization of Ethiopia's blueprint and create a large number of jobs for young Ethiopians. Abi called on the local people and the government to work together to protect the interests of the industrial parks and enterprises in the park and profit from them.
